Weird race last night(lil' long)

went to pick my girl up from work at 2am (tuesday morning). I exit off the highway and two local cops are shooting-da-shiit under the overpass. So, I watch my speed when this '97+ Trans Am/Firebird almost hits me at an minor intersection about 1/8 mile away from the overpass. I swerve over into the left lane and then back into the right lane, so I don't get hit by this idiot. I continue down the road when I noticed his headlights are coming up in my side mirror very quickly. I'm thinking he going to blow past me, but NO, he blocks me in behind this old slow ass Toyota truck. I'm pist cause I'm running a little late(don't want to hear my girl bitch). As we come out of a slight curve, the truck eases over into the bike lane and the asshole floors it, then suddenly swerves into my lane and hits the brakes. At this point after downshifting to second, I'm ready to play. I arm my nitro and I take off(in 2nd)I pull even with him and then we floor it. I pull a car length on him all the way until 4th gear(redlining all the way). Then suddenly his car jumps even with me when I shift to 4th. Then we are neck and neck for another 1/8 or so. I didn't even have to hit the bottle. I think the guy was very suprised. He had this stupid look on his face. I know his girlfriend was. She looked like she was yelling at him when I pulled away from them. Game, set, match to JRSC'd HONDA.
